CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Trevor Lang was at the Nueces County courthouse Monday morning. He faces capital murder charges for the May 2022 shooting death of Ruben Trevino.
The Corpus Christi Police Department said that Lang shot Trevino at a home at Dodd and Viola.
Lang was later arrested in Clute, Tx, about an hour south of Houston before he was brought back to the Coastal Bend.
Judge Susan Barclay told Lang's legal team to come back Friday as they await DNA results from the state.
A pre-trial hearing is set for Nov. 22.
