CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Corpus Christi said weather conditions have impacted the progress of the Mirador de la Flor lighting and mirador painting.
The project was expected to be complete two weeks after it began in November of last year.
The painting part of the work is now set to be complete by the end of January.
As for the lighting improvements, those are expected to be done by mid February, weather permitting.
