CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — If you need to pay your property taxes, you may be running out of time.
This Wednesday is the last day you can pay those property taxes without getting hit by penalties and interest. If you happen to wait until the last minute, you may experience a delay on the site during the last few hours before the deadline due to the number of people rushing to pay.
Some Nueces County homeowners might notice a lower bill this year thanks to the increased homestead exemption, which was approved by voters.
