CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas —

Two dead and two in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a fight leads to a shooting outside of a club on the 5400 block of S. Staples Street.

Early Sunday morning, CCPD was sent to the scene of a shooting with injuries and found a 20-year-old Hispanic man and a 20-year-old black man dead from gunshot wounds.

A third and fourth victim would arrive at different hospitals within the next two hours, both suffering from gunshot wounds but with non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives with the Robbery/Homicide Unit found that a fight began in the parking lot of a club and led to the shooting.

Police do not believe that this was a random act of violence.

This is an active investigation. CCPD is asking if you have information or video that could lead to an arrest to contact detectives at 361-886-2840.
