CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — AEP crews are expected to mobilize sometime ahead of Tropical Storm Francine, spokesman Omar Lopez confirmed Tuesday morning.
Crews have not been released yet, but they were expecting to see movement coming after noon on Tuesday as AEP leaders plan to spend the morning analyzing the possible impacts of the storm on the Corpus Christi and the RGV districts.
The company told 3NEWS that crews will no longer mobilize Tuesday afternoon, as the storm is too close to the Brownsville area for them to roll out.
