CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Voters were excited to get out to the polls Saturday and Sunday, with 7,469 total people voting Saturday and 516 total voters Sunday.
On Sunday, only one polling location was open: The Nueces County Courthouse.
That brings Nueces County to a grand total of 58,507 early voters.
This includes both in-person and mail-in ballots.
So far, about 27 percent of the Nueces County population has voted.
