CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A bicyclist was seriously injured early Saturday morning after getting hit by a car at the intersection of McArdle and Mokry. Police have identified the driver as Faith Perez.
Officers said that Perez was intoxicated and she was arrested for intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury. After being medically cleared at a local hospital, Perez was transported to the City Detention Center for booking.
