CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Police Department issued a warning Tuesday night about a scam affecting the community.
The department wants residents to know that they will never call asking for money and they do not serve subpoenas.
They say if you receive a suspicious phone call -- to simply hang up.
Remember to never give personal or sensitive information over the phone to someone you do not know.
