CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank has put out an urgent call for volunteers for their senior food distribution drive from 7 to 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The food bank hosted it's first distribution for senior residents last month, and after a turnout of 400 seniors, the nonprofit is hoping to help feed even more this month.
No experience is necessary to lend a hand as volunteers will either be helping guide traffic or loading food into vehicles.
Those interested in volunteering can sign up at coastalbendfood.org.
