CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Nate's Next Kid Up is back with a powerful and artistic way to support local kids in foster care!
The first-of-its kind ribbon cutting event will take place in celebration of the new artwork painted by foster children and will be showcased at In The Game Funtrackers.
Nate and his family say everyone in the community is invited to come out and support the cause on Thursday evening. There will be vendors and special activities planned.
The inspiring young kiddo said he came up with the idea for the fundraiser because he wanted to give local foster children the chance to let their imaginations run wild and have fun.
The event is taking place in collaboration with The Purple Door, which assists families experiencing homelessness. Nate says he often donates toys to the organization and that teaming up with them was a natural choice.
