MCMULLEN COUNTY, Texas — Firefighters were able to contain a small fire Saturday at a saltwater disposal facility in McMullen County.
First responders worked to remove tanks, which contained oil, from the scene of the blaze, but the tanks exploded.
A couple of firefighters have minor injuries, but all have been checked and cleared by EMS.
There have been no further details of the name of the facility. 3News will continue to provide further updates of the incident when they become available.
