CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 42-year-old man has been arrested for the manufacturing and delivery of heroin, according to the Robstown Police Department.
Authorities said a Crime Stoppers tip led them to a home in the 800 block of West Avenue J where they executed a search warrant in the early morning hours Thursday.
That's when they took Jason Joe Garza into custody. Law enforcement also seized a 9 mm handgun and an unspecified amount of cocaine.
Community members are urged to report any suspicious activities to the authorities. The tip helped police in their efforts to combat drug trafficking.
