CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Another Easter Egg-Stravaganza is in the books for Hot Z95 as they hosted the annual event at the School of Science and Technology on Saratoga Saturday morning.
The radio station handed out 12,000 candy-filled eggs with 10 prize-filled golden eggs among them!
The Easter bunny also cleared his busy schedule for the free event.
Over the years the event has become a drive-thru egg hunting experience. According to operations manager with Hot Z95, Rock 92/7 and News Talk Keys Gino Flores, this method provides some relief for parents as a safe, convenient way to celebrate the holiday.
"When parents are having to watch multiple kids and keep up with them, the Easter egg hunts sometimes get kind of chaotic for a parent, so with them having to stay in the car the kids don't run around everywhere and they're easy to get in and get out and pick up plenty of free stuff from our vendors and their share of 12,000 candy-filled eggs," Flores said
