CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — TxDOT is pausing all construction-related lane closures on the I-37 Nueces River Bridge reconstruction project for the Memorial Day holiday.
After the holiday weekend, TXDOT contractors will continue recurring closures for the concrete work on the southbound portion of the new Nueces River Bridge.
The southbound I-37 right lane closure at the bridge may occur Sunday through Thursday nights, from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
The concrete work on the bridge will continue through the end of June.
