CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Former Army Depot Commander Kyle Hogan has been named as the new chief operating officer for The Port of Corpus Christi.
He will replace Clark Robertson who plans to retire in September.
Hogan recently left his top spot as commander of CCAD after three decades in the military, including 15 years in special ops.
In his new role, he will oversee engineering services, port operations, police and security, emergency management and channel development.
