CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police officers assisted U.S. Marshals in apprehending a man they say was wanted for an outstanding murder warrant in Arlington, Texas.
Authorities said Marshall McLemore was armed and dangerous when they took him into custody on Thursday night at around 7 p.m.
He was discovered in the 4600 block of Marie Street in Corpus Christi. During the arrest, police found he was in possession of a handgun and illicit narcotics, for which he now faces additional charges.
The Marshal's Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force officers and CCPD's Gang Unit worked the arrest together.
