3 Robstown mosquito pools test positive for West Nile virus

Nueces County Vector Control will be spraying the area daily and will continue to monitor the mosquito test samples.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Three mosquito pools collected in Robstown have tested positive for West Nile virus, according to Nueces County officials.

The Nueces County Vector Control will be spraying the area daily and will continue to monitor the mosquito test samples.

Officials encourage residents to dress in long sleeved shirts and pants when outside during sunrise and sunset.
