CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Overnight lane closures will take place beginning at 9 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday as part of the I37 Nueces River Bridge reconstruction project, according to a TxDOT press release.
Tuesday night, two northbound I37 right lanes will close at the Sharpsburg Road entrance ramp to remove an existing overhead sign structure. Drivers can enter northbound I37 at the Redbird Lane detour.
On Thursday, contractors will close the right lane of southbound I37 from the US 77 overpass to just south of the Nueces River Bridge.
Remember to expect delays during the closures, slow down in the work zone and watch for workers and equipment.
