CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — South Padre Island Drive between Kostoryz Road and Greenwood Drive will close from 8 p.m. until midnight for concrete barrier work, according to Ricky Dailey with TxDOT.
All traffic will exit on Kostoryz Road during this time.
The Kostoryz entrance ramp and Ayers exit ramp will remain closed on Wednesday.
According to Dailey, drivers should also anticipate lane closures on State Highway 358 main lanes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday. These closures will reduce three lanes to two lanes for about an hour at a time.
Drivers are advised to slow down in the work zones.
All work is weather permitting.
