CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — South Staples Street, near Curtis Clark, is temporarily closed after an 18-wheeler reportedly clipped an AEP-Texas power line and an AT&T cable fiber line, tilting the pole slightly and a forcing linemen to come out and perform repairs.
Corpus Christi Police Department officers said linemen are currently at the site fixing it.
The repairs are estimated to be done before 1 p.m.
Please avoid the area if possible.
