CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — That's right, Whataburger debuted their all-new Bacon Steakhouse Double Tuesday morning, in what they are calling an 'invitation to indulge your fine dining desires every day.'
The new steak burger combines two beef patties with two slices of melted, aged cheddar topped with bacon, fried onions and steak sauce, all on a toasted bun. You can also order the Bacon Steakhouse Double Jr. if you're interested in a smaller size.
Whataburger says it might be a new type of burger, but it will still be the same delicious taste.
While the beloved Texas chain's unrolling of the new burger might have you saying, 'What-a-cool announcement,' it's not the only news bound to make waves.
They also announced Tuesday that their WhataWings will stay on the menu through the end of the year, due to what they say is an overwhelming demand.
The burger is available now through Jun. 30.
Are you excited, Coastal Bend?
