CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Many in our area saw rain this week and that has the City of Corpus Christi continuing the work to manage mosquito populations.
Vector Control reports that they will be placing larvicide tablets in stagnant water and they will also be spraying for adult mosquitoes.
This will all begin after the Labor Day holiday.
Teams will first target routes 1 through 8.
If the mosquito population remains elevated, the city said they will continue to take proactive measures.
