CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Kingsville has a new police chief.
John Blair has officially accepted the offer for the top job. He serves as the deputy chief for the Cooke County Sheriff's Department and possesses 29 years of experience there.
Blair will replace Ricardo Torres, who retired from the position in August. There is no information available yet about Blair's first day on the job.
