Corpus Christi Animal Care Services asking for winter weather donations for shelter pets

ACS is now accepting donations for shelter animals in need of winter blankets, towels and sheets to help them face the cold this winter.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Our temperatures have not dropped too low yet, but many of the city's shelter pets will need some help warming up this winter.

Corpus Christi Animal Care Services is asking for new or gently used blankets, towels, and sheets to help them stay cozy during the cold nights.

They are accepting new or unopened treats and canned food to help keep their tummies full and happy.
