CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Attention Ingleside parents and students--
The inaugural Senior Parent Stampede meeting is happening Aug. 6 at the Ingleside High School Cafeteria from 6-9 p.m. The event will cover general information about the senior year, including instructions about taking senior portraits, how to get Balfour caps and gowns, FAFSA requirements, Apply Texas information and what you need to know about Skyward and the Counselor's Corner.
E2E Partners advisor Elizabeth Watson said that the goal of the meeting is to arm incoming seniors for success and help them get a leg up on what comes next after graduation.
Whether students plan to pursue college, or go into the work force or military, making sure they have all the tools that they need to succeed is their mission.
"...So that everything is just as seamless as possible, no one's missing any information, there's no blanks, no missing spaces. Everyone is covered and ready to go."
The Senior Parent Stampede will help students fill out college applications and scholarship forms, get resumes made, and learn about interviews and job applications.
Both parents and students are asked to attend.
