CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Flour Bluff Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Tuesday to approve a pay increase for FBISD employees
The pay increase will be for all staff for the 2024-25 school year and pay adjustments will include a 2% salary increase from the midpoint for all staff. Additionally, all staff will receive a $1,000 retention payment.
Superintendent Christ Steinbruck said the decision reflects the district's desire to recognize their staff’s hard work and commitment to students' success.
The school leader thanked the Board of Trustees for their support for all FBISD staff.
"This accomplishment would not have been possible without their dedication and the collective effort of every member of our team. Together, we will continue to make strategic decisions that prioritize the well-being and success of our students, staff, and community," Steinbruck said.
