CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Coast Guard helped to rescue four boaters offshore in Matagorda, Texas Friday afternoon.
Crews headed out for the rescue after receiving a call from one of the boaters' daughters who was worried when her father had not returned from the water after nearly 12hours.
Air Station Corpus Christi was joined by neighboring crews in Port O'Connor, San Angelo and more to search for the boaters.
Crews were then able to locate them and tow their disabled boat to shore.
No injuries were reported.
