CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Nueces County ESD 2 crews are battling a grassfire just south of Sea Pines Drive, near the CCW water tower, according to Chief Wes Beseda.
This as Nueces County entered a burn ban on Nov. 13 due to dry conditions.
According to officials, the biggest threat facing our county is the lack of rain and drier conditions which put us at a higher risk when it comes to grassfires.
