CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It's that time of year again, the countdown begins for the 2024 Coastal Bend Day of Giving on November 12!
Day of Giving is a 24-hour fundraiser benefiting over 60 nonprofits across the Coastal Bend.
It's also the area's only online fundraiser that doubles community donations.
Last year's day of giving raised over $4.1 million dollars.
It is some charities' only fundraiser all year, which means every dollar counts.
"It helps provide the funds for these charities that are thinly funded and these charities provide services such as food, shelter, childcare, medical care and at-risk youth programs," said Director of the Day of Giving Tracy Ramirez.
You can learn about each charity at the Coastal Bend Day of Giving website.
And remember, Day of Giving is a month away but you can donate as soon as November 4!
