CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The "No Refusal" initiative is now underway, and the Corpus Christi Police Department will be actively enforcing it and looking out for drunk drivers.
If someone is suspected of drunk driving and they refuse a breath or blood sample, police will quickly get a blood search warrant.
The 'no refusal' is in effect each day from 9:30 p.m. at night until 5:30 a.m. in the morning through Sunday.
