CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District is inviting residents to take its community health needs assessment.
The anonymous survey helps provide the district with much needed details on important health-related topics within our community.
The survey is available in English and Spanish and is open to all Nueces County residents -- ages 18 and up. You will have from now until December to complete the 15-minute assessment.
Your input will help the district:
- Identify health challenges that impact our community
- Gain a deeper understanding of the community’s needs
- Work together to develop solutions to address these needs
