CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Padre Island National Seashore has put out a call to all 5th graders who like to help them design the 2025 annual park pass!
So get your crayons, map colors, markers or acrylic paint ready, and get to drawing; participants have until Aug. 31 to submit their art through the mail.
The masterpiece must have colorful art work that represents items you've seen at the national seashores. So, that could consist of a sea shell, crab, turtle, jellyfish and more!
A total of three winners are going to be selected, but first place will have their art presented on the park passes throughout 2025.
All artwork must be original and no digital work will be accepted.
Winners will be announced Oct. 1.
