CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation’s Port Aransas ferry system will pause operations briefly Thursday night to allow progress to continue on their $64 million landing ramp improvement project, the department said in a press release.
The pause is scheduled to begin at midnight and extend for less than an hour into early Friday morning. Ferry service is expected to resume after that.
Drivers are urged to be alert of the brief pause in service and adjust their schedules accordingly.
