CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Road closures will be in place this week as TxDot will work to complete a few highway bridge inspections around the city.
Starting Tuesday, April 9, there will be alternating lane closures of the ramp from I-37 northbound to FM 624 in Calallen. The other closure will be on US 77 southbound to inspect the I-37 to FM 624 direct connector.
The inspections will take place from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday and will continue on Wednesday in Flour Bluff.
Park Road 22, westbound and eastbound, and Frontage roads at the Naval Air Station have inspections that will affect traffic between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All of the inspections and closures are weather permitting.
TxDOT encourages drivers to plan alternate routes to avoid delays.
