CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay in Robstown had been a ghost town for quite some time, but that might change soon.
The property has been rezoned and rebranded and will now be known as the Crossroads District. While the area was primarily for retail, the rebranding will provide greater flexibility for various types of businesses to open in the future.
And that future is coming soon, as Dave Welborn with Stonewater said spaces could open shortly after Thanksgiving. He said that many other businesses are planning to open officially at the beginning of 2024.
