CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Bend Food Bank continued its work of giving back to the community, holding another food distribution event on Tuesday.
Many community members donated their time helping load the boxes of food into residents' cars.
One volunteer, Will Jackson, told 3NEWS he enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who may be facing a difficult time.
"It's uplifting, I mean, it motivates me," he said. "It gives me inspiration to be able to know that I'm able to help someone who's in need."
The food bank is always looking for some extra help.
