CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — West Oso High School's Dazzle Dance Team was celebrated in city council chambers this week for their invitation to the 2024 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Stephenie Rhodes, one of the team's dance coaches said this is the second year in a row they will be able to send students to the iconic parade.
"Last year we had one student, but five are attending this year," Rhodes said. "I have three team officers and two team members. Some are involved in Dual Credit Program, Class Council and Student Council Officers, Police Officer Explore Pegram and others."
Rhodes and the team's choreographer will attend.
