CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Looking to start your new year with a splash?
The annual Corpus Christ Polar Bear Plunge has open registration today until 5 p.m. with the big event taking place noon tomorrow at the Emerald Beach Hotel .
Adult registration is $35 and kids registration is $20 for children 12 and younger.
So far, the organization has raised $16,010 surpassing their $15,000 goal for this year!
The event began back in 2015 with the goal of raising awareness and funds in the fight to cure ALS.
There will be plenty of prizes, gear, drinks and of course fun for a good cause.
