CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Judge Inna Klein granted Leandro Leon a bond reduction Tuesday for a deadly shooting on Masterson Drive in October 2023.
He is considered the second gunman in the shooting, along with 17-year-old Jose Fuentes who was killed by police.
Leon's legal team asked Klein to lower his bond to $90,000. She instead lowered it to $100,000 with house arrest with exceptions for legal meetings related to his trial, medical emergencies and school.
Leon will also have no contact with his codefendant, alleged victims or their families.
