CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Police Gang Officers arrested Deaundre Lemmons Thursday for a fatal drive by shooting that took place two months ago on Skylark Drive.
Lemmons was found on the 2000 block of Corban Drive and is being held on a $750,000 bond for the murder, according to CCPD.
Around 9:30 p.m. June 7 officers responded to a shooting at the 5800 block of Skylark Drive.
When they arrived they found a 44-year-old woman and 60-year-old woman with life-threatening injuries. Both victims were transported to a local hospital, however the 44-year-old died from her injuries.
During the investigation, officers found that a black car with black rims drove by the house, shot into it, then fled the scene.
