CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There are multiple Selena-themed events taking place this week. Here's a look at some of what you can expect if you head out with your posse!
Wednesday, the Corpus Christi run club will host the 'Como la Flor' 5k walk and run. The themed run takes place at 6:30 at El Camino restaurant.
Runners are encouraged to wear their best Selena outfit, shirt or gear. Prizes and awards will be given in for the best dressed runners.
Sew Bonita will host a cookie decorating party Friday. The event will include a night of trivia, cumbias, and compras, as well as cookies!
You can learn how to decorate cookies for the adults-only event. You must register prior to attending.
The best part --you get to walk away with five beautifully decorated cookies!!
You might even see Carly leading the Downtown Run Group's run!
