CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — If you're wondering what to do with your tree after Christmas, the J.C. Elliot landfill will be accepting real Christmas trees for their recycling program starting as soon as Dec. 26.
You can find the bin to drop off your Christmas tree by the landfill's gates.
That bin will be open 24-7
The trees will be recycled into mulch, but before they can be recycled, the city asks that you remember to remove all tinsel, ornaments and lights. The landfill is located off Ayers and Greenwood.
