CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas State Aquarium is celebrating the release of another rehabilitated turtle!
So far this year -- they've released 283 sea turtles back into the water.
She is now healthy after months of healing, following January's cold stunning event.
There are still eight turtle patients in their care -- and aquarium officials say a visit from you can make a difference in their recovery journey!
The Center for Wildlife Rescue is open on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. if you'd like to stop by and lend a hand in their healing.
